Worth writing about

  • A price that looks wrong. This is the most useful message we get. Tell us which page, and what you saw at the retailer instead. Every figure here is meant to be a figure somebody actually charged, so a wrong one is a real fault rather than a matter of opinion.
  • Two listings that are not the same item. If a page is comparing a thing against something that merely resembles it, the comparison is worse than none and we want to know.
  • A retailer who wants to be listed, or removed. Both are fine to ask. Being listed is not something that can be bought, and neither is a position in the results.
  • A brand with a rights question. If an image or a mark of yours is here and you would rather it were not, say so and we will deal with it rather than argue about it.
  • Press, or anything about how the site works. Much of it is already answered in how it works and the questions, but ask.

What we cannot help with

An order you placed. 29 Collections does not sell anything. We never took your payment, we have no record of your order and we cannot see it, so there is nothing at this end to look up.

Delivery, a missing parcel, a return, a refund, an exchange, a size that was wrong: the retailer you actually bought from is the only party who can act on any of it, and writing to us first only costs you the days it takes us to say so. Their confirmation email is the fastest route back to them.

If they are ignoring you, tell us anyway. We cannot recover your money, but we can stop listing them, and that is the one thing we can do about it.

Your account and your data

You do not need us for this. Everything we hold is shown on your account page, and the delete button there removes the account, every way of signing in to it and every session on every device, immediately, with no copy kept. Privacy sets out the whole of what that is. Signed out, we hold nothing that identifies you, so there is generally nothing of yours for us to find.

How long we take

A few days, usually. A wrong price gets looked at first, because it is the one thing here that can cost somebody money.
