29 Collections is a search engine for fashion prices. We do not sell anything. We hold no stock, take no payment, ship no parcels and handle no returns.

Everything you buy, you buy from a retailer. That purchase is a contract between you and them, on their terms, and we are not a party to it. It is the single most important sentence on this page.

Using the site means these terms apply to you. If they do not suit you, the remedy is simply not to use it. There is nothing to cancel and no account you need to close.

Every figure on this site is a record: what a retailer was charging at the moment we observed it. It is not an offer, not a quotation and not a promise by anyone that you can pay it today.

Prices change constantly and stock changes faster. The retailer’s own page is the only authority on what you will actually pay, and checking it before you buy is what the link is for.

Where we say something about a price, that it is low or usual or the cheapest we found, that is a statement about our own record and the retailers we track. It is not a claim about every price in existence, and we do not claim to see every shop.

We record carefully, we never estimate a figure, and we correct mistakes as we find them. We do not promise the site is complete or free of error, and it would be dishonest to.

An account is optional and the site is complete without one. Nothing is withheld until you sign in.

Signing in happens through Google, Apple or Facebook. There is no password here to protect, so the security of your account here is the security of the one you sign in with: anyone who can open that can open this.

You can delete it yourself, immediately, from your account page. No waiting period, no email to write, no copy kept. We may close an account being used to abuse the site, and we will say why if you ask.

Following a link takes you off this site. Their terms, their privacy policy, their delivery and their returns apply from that point, and we have no visibility of and no control over any of it.

A retailer appearing here is not a recommendation of them. We list whoever sells the item, including retailers we earn nothing from, because leaving out the cheapest price would make the comparison worthless. We do not vet them and we do not stand behind them.

We may earn a commission when you buy through one of those links. It costs you nothing and it does not affect what we show you or the order we show it in. The affiliate disclosure sets that out in full.

If a retailer takes your money and does not deliver, only they can put it right. Tell us anyway: we would rather stop listing them than send the next person the same way.

The writing, the design, the recorded price history and the way it is all put together are ours.

Product names, photographs, logos and brand marks belong to the brands and retailers they came from. They appear here to identify what is being priced, which is the only reason they appear here at all, and no association or endorsement is implied by it.

If something of yours is on this site and you want it removed, write to us and we will deal with it. We would far rather fix it than argue about it.

We do not promise the site is always available, always current, or complete. It depends on data from other people’s systems and it is offered as it is.

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relying on a price you saw here, from a retailer you reached through here, or from the site being down. We do not attempt to exclude anything the law does not let us exclude, and nothing on this page takes away the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
